Fabric, Flag and Textile Banner Printing
Sols Digital Imaging utilises a large format sublimation
digital printer that is capable of printing up to 1600mm wide dependent upon
media. Sublimation printing offers vibrant colours, and is used for printing on
textile fabric materials, such as flags, lightweight banners, table clothes and
many other media types.
Sublimation textile printing is used as an alternative to
solvent printing and flatbed printing, as it is capable of printing fabrics. It
is most commonly used for our range of teardrop and Bali banners, but is also a
great option for large banners that need to be lightweight. It can be also used
for printing onto tablecloths and drapes, and we even use fabric textile prints
for our pull up banners as an alternative to polypropylene. Because the process
is digital, there is no setup costs or minimum order required.
Most of the media types and substrates we use for fabric
textile sublimation printing can even be gently washed, and if required, can be
ironed. The great benefit of fabric textile material is that is does not to
crease or curl at the edges. The longevity of the prints is variable depending
upon the conditions it is exposed to, but it can last for many years with
outdoor use.
There are many finishing options to support our fabric
sublimation printing range, including hemmed edges, heat sealed edges, ropes
and reinforcing tape, eyelets, pockets and hanging rails.
